ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

We’re looking for a collaborative and creative PR Supervisor to help drive impactful public relations and communications initiatives across EMEA for Disney Consumer Products.
As part of the EMEA Communications team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and supporting campaigns from development to execution, while staying attuned to key media narratives that affect our business. Your responsibilities will span media and influencer relations, campaign reporting, agency and supplier coordination, and the creation of compelling media materials and assets. You’ll also support the growth and development of our interns, providing day-to-day guidance and mentorship.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is always on the lookout for fresh opportunities to secure meaningful media coverage. You’ll build and nurture relationships with a wide network of partners, including journalists, influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders, helping to bring the magic of Disney to life across the region.

WHAT YOU WILL YOU DO

  • Create a variety of press materials, including press releases, media alerts, fact sheets, and executive talking points, and coordinate internal approvals.
  • Manage and regularly update a dynamic media contact list, identifying new opportunities for outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals by providing timely information and pitching relevant stories.
  • Maintain and update a list of Disney-aligned fans and social media influencers for thoughtful product seeding.
  • Oversee relationships with key vendors, including media database providers, ensuring effective tools and services are in place.
  • Track and measure campaign performance, compiling insightful reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with licensees and retail partners through regular meetings to align on upcoming campaigns and initiatives.
  • Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and presentations—helping to generate creative, strategic PR ideas.
  • Mentor and support two interns, offering clear guidance, encouragement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with PR Managers on high-impact PR activities such as product launches, press events, trade shows, media tours, and influencer programs.
  • Develop and pitch larger product stories and trend-focused angles to consumer and trade outlets.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and Disney Consumer Products teams to brainstorm globally resonant PR programs and standout social media content.
  • Collaborate with other business units across The Walt Disney Company to identify and deliver on synergistic PR opportunities.
