Job Description: Misión: Apoyar al departamento de Calidad y SMS en la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora continua de los sistemas de gestión de calidad, seguridad de la aviación y medio ambiente, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos de la compañía. Responsabilidades: Colaborar en la actualización de procedimientos y documentos del sistema de gestión de calidad y SMS. Apoyar en la recopilación y análisis de datos para indicadores de desempeño de calidad y seguridad operacional Asistir en la identificación y seguimiento de no conformidades y acciones correctivas/preventivas. Colaborar en la difusión de temas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente. Prestar apoyo en la preparación de informes y presentaciones del área de calidad y SMS Realizar otras tareas asignadas por el Gerente de Calidad y SMS. Apoyar en la elaboración de Gsite del departamento Participar en los proyectos de mejora del área Apoyar en la implementación de Airbus Operating System Brick Requisitos: Ingeniero Aeronáutico en proceso de titulación Competencias de análisis de datos, estadística aplicada, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo y proactividad. Mission: To support the Quality and SMS (Safety Management System) department in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality, aviation safety, and environmental management systems, contributing to the fulfillment of company objectives. Responsibilities: Document Control: Collaborate in updating procedures and documentation for the Quality Management System and SMS. Data Analysis: Support the collection and analysis of data for quality and operational safety performance indicators (KPIs). Compliance Tracking: Assist in identifying and monitoring non-conformities, as well as tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Awareness & Communication: Collaborate in the dissemination of quality, safety, and environmental information across the organization. Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the Quality and SMS department. Managerial Support: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Quality and SMS Manager. Digital Platforms: Support the development and maintenance of the department’s GSite (Google Site). Continuous Improvement: Participate in departmental improvement projects. Standardization: Support the implementation of the Airbus Operating System Brick. Requirements: Education: Aeronautical Engineer (currently in the degree completion/graduation process).
