Specific information about the area: Update the Value Stream Mapping of the business units to accurately identify non-value-added activities, update cycle times and material/information flow, and establish a comprehensive continuous improvement plan that increases operational efficiency, reduces waste, and ensures alignment with current organizational standards. Activities: * Support video recording and time analysis activities on production lines. * Support the mapping of operations for each business unit. * Design standards for the plant’s visual factory system.
