KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in multi-site operational or practice management, ideally within professional services or accountancy.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.
• A confident change leader with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire teams.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Integrity, discretion, and professional judgement in a matrix environment.
• Knowledge of compliance management and accountancy regulations (desirable).

As the central conduit between the regional offices and the hub, the role is pivotal in ensuring alignment of operational, compliance, and change initiatives and you will take ownership of projects that truly shape the way we operate, both regionally and firm-wide.
