At Glow Midwifery, we provide women with the very best — expert, personalized care in an elevated, boutique environment. We’re known for creating experiences that feel warm, seamless, and thoughtfully curated.
We are looking for a Practice Concierge — someone adaptable, quick to learn, and ready to step into whatever the day requires. You don’t need to walk in knowing how to do everything we’ll ask of you — but you do need the curiosity, resourcefulness, and professionalism to learn quickly and deliver with polish. Some days you’ll be greeting patients like a high-end hotel concierge, other days you’ll be supporting our team behind the scenes, and often you’ll be doing a mix of both.

In this role, you’ll be the steady, capable presence that keeps things moving — sometimes in view of our patients, sometimes behind the scenes. Your days may include:

• Welcoming patients with polished warmth, making them feel like our most important guest
• Explaining billing and insurance in clear, reassuring terms at Meet & Greets and beyond
• Stepping into different roles as needed — rooming patients, answering phones, assisting providers, or covering other positions when staff are out
• Troubleshooting small IT issues and helping the office run smoothly
• Taking on operational and administrative tasks from the owner, based on your strengths and abilities
• Helping coordinate and participate in special projects, events, and new staff onboarding
• Contributing to our brand presence by joining photoshoots, team content creation, and community events
• Handling patient concerns with diplomacy, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset
