JOB SUMMARY

Sage Hill Dental is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental office management, with a focus on enhancing patient care and optimizing practice efficiency. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a solid understanding of Dental terminology, and proficiency in managing budgets and human resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 year experience as Dental Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Dental terminology and dental office operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Familiarity with Patient management system; experience with Cleardent is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and external partners.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Answering phones, making, changing and confirming appointments by phones, email and in-person.
  • Coordinating hygiene and treatment appointments and keeping track of outstanding treatments.
  • Getting insurance breakdowns, submit insurance claims and pre-determinations, collecting payments and sending payment reminders.
  • Entering patient information in the dental software (Cleardent).
  • Opening and closing clinic and help in other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
