MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

Working with lead nurses, matrons, service managers and clinical team managers to ensure that there are sufficient practice assessors and supervisors prepared in accordance with NMC standards to support pre-registration nursing learners.
Supporting the Trust’s preceptorship program by engaging with and supporting preceptees, being part of the preceptorship program delivery
Delivering training
Maintaining contemporaneous records and providing monthly reports to the education leads
