This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with emergency care experience who is inspirational and highly driven in providing nurse education and training in the emergency care setting.
The post holder will work alongside the nursing and multi-disciplinary teams in the Emergency Department at Withybush General Hospital to promote excellence in nursing and continual clinical and professional development that delivers safe, effective and quality care to patients.
The post holder will work closely with the Departmental Senior Sisters, Senior Nurse Manager and Deputy Head of Nursing to ensure that the varying training needs of all members of the Emergency Department nursing team are assessed and met; and that a progressive learning environment is created and maintained within the department.

Work directly with newly qualified nurses to support them to develop skills in safe, high-quality practice; and, through reflection, to assess their own development needs.
