Brook Farm Veterinary Center is a veterinary practice committed to excellent medicine and a high-quality client experience. We are entering an exciting period of growth and are looking for a Practice Growth Manager / Scheduler to help expand our client base, strengthen retention, and increase follow-through on recommended care—especially wellness, dentistry, and surgery. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role for someone who is organized, proactive, and motivated by measurable results. What You’ll Do You’ll help our practice grow by making sure clients feel supported, appointments get booked, and care plans don’t get dropped. This role works closely with the front desk team, technicians, and doctors. In this role, you will: Answer phones and help schedule appointments (new clients, existing clients, urgent needs) Meet and welcome new clients when they arrive Follow up with people who call or message us so we can get them scheduled Help clients understand the next steps after the doctor’s exam (rechecks, procedures, follow-ups) Book recheck appointments before clients leave Help clients schedule dentals and surgeries when those are recommended Encourage clients to book the next wellness visit ahead of time when appropriate Track “recommended but not scheduled yet” items and follow up with clients Help request and manage online reviews, and bring client feedback to leadership Post on social media (Facebook/Instagram) with photos, short videos, and reminders (with permission) Create simple emails/newsletters for clients (examples: monthly updates, seasonal reminders, promotions) Attend local pet events, adoption events, and fundraisers and represent the practice Build relationships with local partners (groomers, trainers, rescues, daycares) and help develop a referral program What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident, and enjoys working with people Organized and dependable with strong follow-through Comfortable discussing care recommendations and helping clients schedule next steps Able to switch tasks quickly and stay calm during busy moments Preferred experience: Veterinary, medical, dental office, or customer service experience Scheduling/phone experience Social media posting and basic content creation Canva/basic design skills Event planning or community outreach Benefits Veterinary care discounts Paid time off Performance incentives Growth opportunity into a long-term leadership role Our Leadership Philosophy We are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace.
