What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga As Practice Lead – Delivery Enablement, you’ll enable NZAA to operate with greater agility by shaping, embedding and sustaining effective ways of working that improve value delivery, flow and decision making. This role combines enterprise level business agility with hands on enablement, working directly with leaders, delivery teams and enabling functions to remove systemic constraints, strengthen delivery capability and embed practical, fit for purpose ways of working. About You | Mōu You are an experienced leader with a strong background in coaching and mentoring at all levels, including senior leaders. You thrive in cross-functional environments and have a deep understanding of agile methodologies and business agility thinking. Your experience as a practice coach at a multi-team level means you know how to help teams grow strong in their practice, and you’re passionate about building self-organising, high-performing teams. You bring a collaborative, people-first approach, and you’re always looking for ways to innovate and improve. SAFe accreditation or similar is desirable.
