Job Summary: In partnership with the Practice Manager or Administrator, helps to oversee the daily operations of 1 medical practice with 1-3 providers, including personnel, financial, clerical, housekeeping, and maintenance and purchasing functions. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: * High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred * Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred * Five years' technical experience: Preferred Licenses/Certifications: * Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Preferred Essential Functions: * Helps to oversee and give guidance to the operations of the assigned clinic/s. Ensures clinics are operated in accordance with regulatory requirements and AHPS policies and procedures. Communicates operational opportunities and best practices to the Practice Manager or Administrator. * Works with the Practice Manager or Administrator to ensure that the appropriate revenue management policies, procedures and systems are in place to allow for billing and collection effectiveness. * Utilizes the appropriate performance reporting structures, to include performance scorecards, operations and financial reporting (such as performance ratio analysis, and other region and/or clinic specific metrics). * Exercises independent judgment in training, coaching, overseeing assigned staff. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
