ROLE OVERVIEW

Integrated Wellbeing programs focuses on fostering sustainable and holistic care through transdisciplinary approaches that address the interconnected dimensions of mental, emotional, and physical health. As the Practice Lead and Clinical Specialist for Integrated Wellbeing Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving Vines Therapy’s mission to deliver innovative, holistic, and integrated care. You will embody our strategic values and the “Ambitious For You Approach™,” exerting transdisciplinary clinical leadership to your assigned team while providing exceptional therapy services to clients. This role integrates leadership and clinical expertise to create impactful allied therapy solutions that align with our Integrated Wellbeing Solutions framework, operational goals, and strategic outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:AS PRACTICE LEAD:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Integrated Wellbeing Solutions hub to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Transdisciplinary Leadership: Collaborate with diverse teams, including psychologist, dietitians, occupational therapist, and variety of Wellbeing Professionals, to deliver integrated care that enhances client outcomes and aligns with organisational goals.
• Client Engagement: Drive strategic initiatives for client engagement, focusing on delighting clients through exceptional service and collaborative care.
• Healthy Workplace: Lead and mentor a transdisciplinary team, fostering professional development and promoting a culture of well-being and collaboration.
• Quality Assurance and Outcomes: Implement Vines Therapy’s clinical quality and outcomes framework, ensuring high standards of care and achievement of client and business goals
