As a Practice Leader, Credit Risk Strategy, you lead the development and evolution of our credit risk strategies for credit cards and automobile financing products. You’re responsible for coordinating credit risk initiatives at both the transformation and operational levels. You have strong technical expertise and a talent for making complex concepts accessible, allowing you to act both as a coach for the team and as an advisor to the business lines. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Serve as leading expert for your practice and its development.
• Handle specific files from start to finish as needed, utilizing your technical expertise.
• Produce and organize complex, strategic work and deliverables related to your practice area.
• Provide expert support and mentoring with respect to various analyses, strategy development, personalized approaches and case management.
