Job Description Role Overview We are seeking an emerging leader to build and scale our AI Impact Analysis practice. This role is designed for a high-performing strategy or AI leader ready to step into full practice ownership within 12–18 months. Initially, this individual will: • Co-lead client engagements with the Partners • Refine and scale our AI Impact Analysis methodology • Lead technical delivery teams • Support business development efforts Within 12–18 months, this individual will: • Independently lead AI Impact Analysis engagements • Own the AI practice’s delivery model • Lead a growing team of technical and consulting talent • Serve as Liberty’s primary AI practice leader This is a build-and-scale leadership role with clear trajectory to Managing Director / Partner. Key Responsibilities 1. Practice Development & Methodology • Refine and systematize Liberty’s AI Impact Analysis framework • Develop repeatable tools for AI opportunity assessment, competitive leverage and threat analysis, AI maturity diagnostics, value creation modeling, and roadmap design • Create scalable templates, benchmarks, and engagement playbooks • Build internal knowledge assets across industries 2. Client Engagement Leadership • Lead AI Impact Analysis engagements end-to-end (with partnership initially) • Translate AI use cases into measurable business value • Present findings to C-suite executives and PE investment teams • Develop phased, execution-ready AI roadmaps • Ensure recommendations are practical, financially grounded, and implementable 3. Team Leadership • Lead Liberty’s technical AI professionals supporting engagements • Coordinate data scientists, engineers, and analysts into a cohesive delivery model • Establish quality standards and project governance • Build team capability as the practice scales 4. Business Development • Support proposal development and client presentations • Assist in converting inbound demand into structured engagements • Help position Liberty as a credible AI value creation partner to PE firms • Gradually assume greater responsibility for revenue generation Qualifications Experience (6–10 Years Preferred) • Strategy consulting (Senior Manager / Principal level), OR • AI / Digital Transformation leader inside an enterprise, OR • Product or AI strategy leader at a high-growth tech company • Experience working with Private Equity firms or portfolio companies strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience leading teams and complex initiatives Core Capabilities Strategic & Financial: • Strong structured thinking • Ability to connect AI initiatives to EBITDA impact and valuation drivers • Comfortable modeling financial implications of technology initiatives AI & Technology: • Deep understanding of AI use cases (including Generative AI) • Familiarity with data infrastructure and AI implementation realities • Ability to distinguish practical value from hype Leadership: • Proven ability to lead technical teams • Strong executive communication skills • High ownership mentality • Entrepreneurial and comfortable building from ambiguity Additional Information Compensation Structure Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus tied to practice revenue, engagement profitability, and client impact Clear path to equity or long-term incentive participation Other: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
