Description:
Hybrid, Helsinki/Munich
As the new Practice Leader, Global Performance and Rewards, you will take on the responsibility of leading and managing the development and implementation of our global processes related to performance management and rewarding. In this role, you and your team will manage a variety of key topics, including performance management, job architecture, pay structures, annual merit and bonus processes, and various initiatives and projects that align with our HR strategy at the Group level. One of the immediate and crucial initiatives you will drive is the development and implementation of Pay Transparency actions. Your role will also be instrumental in the broader scope of our HR Operations function, ensuring the best-in-class development of this practice.
The main work location of this role is Helsinki or another Amer Sport key hub in Europe with the possibility for hybrid work. The position will require flexibility in working hours to accommodate the global scope of responsibilities, collaborating with teams across different time zones.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Develop, manage and oversee performance and reward related programs and processes ensuring smooth and impactful execution in collaboration with our Brands and Functions.
- Develop, manage and oversee the Global Mobility practice
- Using data and insights for continuous improvement, while preparing analyses to support decision-making.
- Partnering with Brand HRs and Group functions, and external partners to align and implement performance and reward programs and processes effectively.
- Communicating performance and reward programs and processes clearly and providing training for HRs and managers to support program goals.
- Ensuring fairness, equity, and transparency in all performance and reward related processes while maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, and data protection standards.
- Leading and developing your team to drive excellence in performance and rewards practices.
