Role Overview
As Practice Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, support our clinical team, and ensure smooth administrative processes. This is a casual position with flexible hours ranging from 7.5 to 37 hours per week, depending on clinic needs and your availability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage staff rosters, recruitment, and HR processes
Oversee billing, Medicare claims, and financial reporting
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
Coordinate patient services and ensure excellent customer experience
Liaise with external providers and suppliers
Support practice growth and strategic planning
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in practice software and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to team success
