We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations in our Outpatient Department. This role ensures efficient workflows, high-quality patient experiences, regulatory compliance, and strong collaboration between medical, clinical, and administrative teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in healthcare operations, quality improvement, and practice optimization. Position Title: Practice Manager Position Type: Full Time; 35 Hours Weekly Benefits Eligible: Yes Location: Bayville, NJ Department: Adult Clinical Services - Outpatient Department Responsibilities: Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations for integrated primary care and behavioral health services. Manage staffing, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Supervise and support clinical, administrative, and front-desk staff; promote a collaborative team culture. Partner with medical and behavioral health providers to implement integrated care workflows. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including access, satisfaction, quality metrics, and financial performance. Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, CARF, NJDMHAS, NJDOH, OSHA, and all federal and state regulations. Lead quality improvement initiatives and support accreditation or value-based care requirements. Prepare and manage practice budgets; track revenue, expenses, and operational performance. Utilize CPT coding and billing knowledge to optimize primary care and behavioral health workflows. Handle escalated patient concerns and maintain a patient-centered service environment. Collaborate with external partners, payers, and community organizations as needed. Support strategic planning and organizational initiatives to improve access, quality, and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and operational records as required. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field Preferred Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in a medical or behavioral health practice setting. Strong knowledge of clinic operations, billing/revenue cycle management, and healthcare compliance. Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with EHR systems and data reporting tools.
