About the Practice:
Our Bupa Dental Joondalup practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Practice Manager as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 3-chair practice. The Opportunity:

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Joondalup, WA practice available for an experienced Practice Manager seeking permanent full-time work:The Heart of the role:

  • Coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients
  • Assist with overall financial performance of the practice in line with the approved budget
  • Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control
  • Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
  • General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps
  • Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers
  • Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff
