ABOUT YOU:

  • We are ideally looking for a candidate with a Dental Management background, in either a mixed or private practice
  • Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience
  • Commerciality is key! We are looking for a candidate who is confident in leading on practice performance calls, reviewing their own P&L accounts and implementing strategies to ensure improvements are made
  • Experience with managing compliance systems and CQC
  • Dentally software experience is preferred
  • DBS checked with the right to work within the UK

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
  • Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
  • Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
  • Plan & driving income revenue/targets for the practice, in line with KPI measurables which you’ll have full access too
  • Deal promptly with issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
  • Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1’s with all team members, performance managing

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • We are looking for a full-time candidate to join our practice on a 42.5 hour p/w contract
  • The working hours for the role will be between the hours 8.30AM-6PM Monday-Friday.
