OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations at two sites; Tonbridge, Kent and Rustington, West Sussex.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dentistry and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the required compliance and have the ability to foster a positive work environment for staff while ensuring high-quality patient care.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in practice management is essential.
  • Have experience with Software of Excellence dental software
  • Background in nursing is preferred.
  • Have an interest and experience with social media and marketing
    The suitable candidate must be willing to cover two sites. Both are currently run very similar, sharing internal systems.
    Calm and Gentle Dental Care is a great environment to work. Our teams have been carefully selected and work incredibly well together.
    We are very established and growth is mainly organic.
    If you have a dental background in nursing and then practice management, this could be an ideal role for you. We are looking for a four-day week, approx 32 hours. That said, flexibility if very important. Hours can be flexible in regard to start and finish times. Salary is pro rata

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Be solution focused, with a can do attitude.
  • Have an open door policy and be ready to trouble shoot when issues arise.
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional development.
  • Work along-side our compliance lead to ensure all team members have and maintain the necessary skills to carry out their position.
