TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• A demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, patients and visitors
• Exceptional leadership, cultural and teamwork focus
• A high process improvement focus with exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Management of stock orders and staff rosters
• Assisting with marketing such as providing ideas and liaising with the marketing manager
• Financial administration: Relating the patient statistics to revenue generation with emphasis on the patient monitors and marketing monitors to measure success. Tracking billings and tallying petty cash
• Operational compliance ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and monthly reporting accurately covers KPI’s adherence
