Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of both clinics or one individually, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the clinic. You will have the flexibility to manage the clinic individually or across both locations, depending on your preference. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role and has a strong understanding of both the veterinary industry and business management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of both clinics, ensuring high standards of care and smooth workflows.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of veterinarians, technicians, nurses, and support staff.
  • Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage clinic budgets, track revenue and expenses, and recommend financial improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Facility Management: Ensure clinics are well-maintained and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for growth, marketing, and operational efficiency.
