Responsible for leading an Organisational Change Management (OCM) Practice team to enable safe, effective and efficient delivery of strategic and operational change at Rest. The role provides practice leadership, capability uplift and service quality oversight, and manages the Enterprise View of Change (EVOC) to support enterprise change capacity management and positive employee experience outcomes. Lead, manage and develop a team of Change practitioners within specific Rest Delivery Portfolios to drive engagement, performance, and risk management Oversee service quality, standards compliance, and consistency of practice delivery across Change practitioners Provide subject matter expertise based on industry best practice and lead the development of OCM capability maturity in support of the Head of Org. Change Management, including competency, process and tool development. Manage the consolidated Enterprise View of Change (EVOC) across Portfolios, initiatives and BAU including change risk insights and decision-making approach. Qualifications Relevant tertiary or technical qualifications experience in a similar Change role Required experience, understanding or credentials including: Demonstrated experience delivering Organisational Change Management (OCM) in medium to large enterprise environments with multiple concurrent initiatives. Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams of Change practitioners, including performance oversight and capability uplift (i.e. new tool / tech adoption). Proven experience operating within portfolio or enterprise change governance environments, including managing or contributing to an Enterprise View of Change (EVOC) or equivalent capacity / risk insight approach.
