We offer a high standard of care and the team pride themselves on providing premium and outstanding pet care services and maintaining these long-standing client relationships. We are looking for a Practice Manager with leadership capabilities and attention to detail, you'll be goal orientated and team focused with the ability to coach and mentor in a collaborative manor. You will actively participate in nursing duties at times so excellent animal handling skills and an extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures is required. Familiarity with practice manager duties including rostering and human resources a bonus! About Your New Role Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records Leading and developing your team and fostering a positive culture Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met Driving the business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners Nursing duties as required About Your Skills & Experience Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent with 3+ years of nursing experience Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide guidance and mentorship in a supportive and positive environment Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential) Strong communication and customer service skills Good business acumen and organisational skills Apply Today!
