The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and our dedicated team of veterinary professionals. About Your New Role Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses About Your Skills & Experience Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing Minimum 2+ years of experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures Strong communication and customer service skills Good business acumen and organisational skills Experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential If this sounds like you, Apply Now we want to hear from you!
