As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the clinic. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role that will see you: Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses We’re looking for a caring and passionate natural leader, someone who is ready to join a strong team and make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners! Your skills and experience will include: A Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing Experience in team management - either as a head nurse or practice manager! Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching for team members An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures Great communication and customer service skills A friendly, team player attitude Strong business acumen and organisational skills Experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential If this sounds like you, Apply Now we want to hear from you!
