About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to move into a leadership role—no management experience needed, just a solid clinical foundation, a proactive mindset, and a passion for team success. What you’ll be doing: Providing hands-on nursing care and supporting the team on the floor Managing clinic operations including rostering, inventory management and overseeing the daily schedule Fostering a positive, collaborative team culture Supporting the training and mentoring of our junior staff Working closely with the vet team to ensure smooth clinic flow and great client care We’re looking for someone who is: A qualified and experienced vet nurse (Cert IV or equivalent) Passionate about high-quality patient and client care Ready to take the next step into a leadership role Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure A team player who leads by example and brings out the best in others Eager to grow, learn, and make a difference Why Petstock Vet Bennetts Green?
