JOB SUMMARY:

My client, one of the largest independently owned employee benefits brokerages, is seeking a highly organized and client-focused professional to join their team as a Practice Manager. This individual will play a key role in managing and enhancing clients’ experiences. The role requires a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure a seamless, white-glove client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Life & Health License (Required to obtain in year 1)
  • Series 65, Series 6 or 7 Licenses (preferred, or ability to obtain)
  • 5+ years in wealth management, financial advisory, or private client services
  • Strong knowledge or financial services, trust/estate structures, and investment operations
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in CRM, reporting tools, and financial systems (PeopleSoft, Salesforce, etc.)
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing relationship management, operational support, and proactive service
  • Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, manage follow-up items, and maintain all associated documentation
  • Liaise with external advisors (attorneys, CPAs, estate planners) to ensure a cohesive client experience
  • Oversee account onboarding, maintenance, transfers, and complex entity servicing (trusts, partnerships, LLCs)
  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors on financial planning and investment strategies
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit protocols
  • Support internal reporting and contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Act as compliance lead for annual audits and internal reviews
