This position is responsible for the overall planning, coordination and delivery of services for multiple clinics in our 7 surrounding counties. This includes overseeing the daily administrative, operational, personnel, and clinical functions of the assigned clinic. Responsible for the oversight of 7 or more providers. Responsible for the management of supplies, scheduling, and budget management.
Develops and implements programs and services which support the mission, vision and strategic direction. Utilize resources efficiently to ensure organizational goals and objectives are met. Fosters effective relationships through daily interactions with physicians, staff, and patients. Develops and implements process improvements with input and instructions from Dyad Leadership.
Assists with hiring, mentoring and developing team members. Collaborates with other departments and vendors to provide solutions to meet the need of our patients
