IC24 is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead one of our high-performing GP practices. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll manage the day-to-day functionality of the practice and associated community services — ensuring high-quality patient care, motivating multidisciplinary teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving strategic growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Qualify as the Registered CQC Manager, ensuring compliance with NHS and CQC standards.
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting IC24’s values: Respect, Innovation, Care, Excellence.
  • Drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and service quality.
  • Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong partnerships across PCNs, ICBs, and local Federations.
  • Oversee health & safety, sustainability, and building compliance.
  • Manage patient experience, audits, complaints, and workforce planning.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to innovation and the effectiveness of the IC24 Primary Care Group

  • Manage and develop both clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Lead on recruitment, appraisals, and staff training.
  • Control budgets and maximise funding (e.g. QOF, LCS, Enhanced Services).
  • Represent the practice at external meetings and drive service innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership in primary care or healthcare management.
  • Knowledge of GMS, NHS contracts, and CQC regulations.
  • Strong people, change, and financial management skills.
  • A strategic, patient-focused mindset with a passion for community care.
