Job Description Manage the daily operations of the practice including patient scheduling/registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, daily bank deposit activity, office maintenance and computer systems. Supervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency in practice operations including staff selection, onboarding/training, scheduling, and other personnel related activities. Ensure practice is providing the appropriate level of patient service including the resolution of patient concerns/issues. Manage, implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Oversee compliance related activity. Provide additional administrative support to the physicians through the completion of assigned tasks. Qualifications Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask. Effective personnel management including training staff and delegating duties. Thorough knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant medical practice regulations. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Hands on approach to team building and willingness to work hard. Job Type: Full-time: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Travel between Corbin and Richmond locations Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Office Manager in a medical office setting. 1-2 years’ experience in Dermatology, preferred but not required. Experience with medical software and knowledge of medical billing and coding process. Proven experience building office culture and cross functional teams to enhance patient experience and practice growth.
