Responsibilities: Keep our practice running smoothly and profitably day-to-day Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing dental team Manage scheduling, staffing, and team performance reviews Oversee financials: budgets, collections, reporting Ensure compliance with OSHA, insurance, and dental regulations Create strategies that wow our patients and keep them coming back! What We’re Looking For: Experience as a manager in an oral surgery practice (3+ years required) A confident, supportive leader with strong communication skills Knowledge of insurance, billing, and financial management Tech-savvy with practice software (DSN is a plus) Someone who thrives when things get busy and keeps patient care at the center Why Join Us?
