Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND APPROACH

We’re looking for a confident, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys supporting others. While experience in dental or medical practice management is a plus, we’re most interested in strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Here’s what will help you succeed:

  • Proven experience in team or practice management (dental, healthcare, or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence in financial management, including budgets, targets, and P&L
  • A cool head under pressure and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new systems
