1. Provide high-level management and leadership of the Darwin Crown team.
2. Work closely with the Director and Deputy Director to ensure the smooth running of the Darwin Crown office.
3. Allocate work to all staff in the Darwin Crown office.
4. Provide direction to legal staff on complex criminal matters.
5. Engage with stakeholders and attend meetings on the Director’s behalf.
6. Act as a mentor including providing training and guidance to less experienced prosecutors.
7. Conduct complex trials and hearings in the Supreme Court.
8. Conduct committal proceedings and contested summary prosecutions, preliminary examinations and related proceedings
   before the Local Court.
9. To conduct recruitment actions for Darwin Crown office as required.
   10.To evaluate and respond to requests for information.
