We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous team at Blue Sky Dental & Implant Team in Belfast 40 hours a week over 5 days Core normal practice manager working hours are 8:30-5:30pm Practice opening hours Mon 8-6pm, Tues 8-5pm, Weds 8-8pm, Thurs 8-4pm and Fri 8-3pm Competitive hourly rate 3-surgery, specialist high level private practice About you We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience: A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus but not essential Passionate about delivering great service Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets) Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team What’s do you get in return?
