POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners is seeking a Practice Manager who is responsible for providing practice level support utilizing the resources, applications and tools provided to meet the required goals and reporting deadlines. This role is a unique opportunity to help build and lead a growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for the practice management professional who desires a broader business consultative role by servicing hospital-based physician groups. As the Practice Manager, you will act as the primary relationship manager and leader for our physician client groups. You will be responsible for building effective, service driven relationships and providing innovative business solutions to complex matters in their practice. The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership and customer satisfaction of the practice.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience preferred, Master’s Degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years prior relevant experience in management, healthcare administration or radiology. A radiology management, private practice background is preferred
  • 2+ years prior financial analyst, accounting, or relevant experience
  • Previous experience utilizing analytics tools
  • Possesses strong customer focus - proven ability to understand customer and stakeholder insights and coordinate strategies and contribute to solutions to meet customer needs
  • Strong experience using Excel to create and maintain models with multiple variables
  • Candidates should have experience in working closely with physicians
  • Strong Work Ethic with the ability to self-start and work independently or as part of a diverse team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support in adhering to volume and productivity goals through monitoring and trend analysis
  • Assist with and track monitoring key practice metrics and implement improvement programs, and support a team-oriented environment for radiologists.
  • Provide financial and scheduling support by developing efficient tracking tools for monitoring key metrics and adherence to budget
  • Accounts payable invoice management, expensify approvals, OPEX fund coding research and supply order management
  • Assisting to maximize radiologist billing compliance
  • Assist in development and adherence to the practice budget
  • Monitoring and optimizing clinical quality management programs, including OPPE reporting and assist in improving billing compliance.
  • Monitoring of physician payroll, payroll adjustments, and payroll reporting
  • Coordination of new radiologist onboarding (work with HR, IT, Legal and Local Team)
  • Optimization and coordination of radiologist licensing and credentialing
  • Assistance with implementation and communications of quality management programs
  • Regularly coordinates activities, tasks and tools with local practice
  • Assist with special project management
  • Oversee physician interview processes, onboarding, and maintenance of licensure, credentials, and hospital privileges.
  • Handle communication of key issues to radiologists, manage special projects, and provide support for the IR coordinator when needed.
  • 15-20% travel on a quarterly basis
