PRACTICE MANAGER - JOIN OUR TEAM!

Are you a motivated and organized professional with a passion for leadership and excellence in patient care and team management? We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our dynamic podiatry team on the Sunshine Coast.
Located in multisite clinics on the Sunshine Coast (Bli Bli, Noosaville, Cooroy and Gympie). Suncoast Podiatry is a well-established podiatry practice for the treatment of children and adults. We strive to provide the best, most efficient and patient friendly service whilst maintaining the highest level of quality service and professional integrity. We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Practice Manager to join the team, on a part time basis. Working 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) negotiable from 8.00 am - 5.00 pm. This challenging and responsible position will suit a person with previous experience as a practice manager.

As our Practice Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless patient experiences and staff on a day-to-day basis.
• Leading and motivating the team to maintain a positive, engaged, and productive workplace culture.
• Scheduling and optimizing patient bookings to maximize productivity.
• Handling patient financial arrangements and taking payments.
• Liaising with patients/parents in person and by phone
• Proving treatment quotes
• Managing accounts, invoicing, and working with third-party providers such as NDIA, DVA, and PRODA.
• Handling end of month reporting
• Handling marketing activities and driving initiatives to grow the practice (Goggle, Facebook and Instagram).
• Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues promptly.
