JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong English skills. Answering telephone calls, relying to emails, welcoming high end clients, Invoicing, and other computer skills. As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team provides exceptional service to our clients while maintaining an efficient and productive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Friendly Personality
  • Excellent language and communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical practices and procedures is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using practice management software and basic computer applications.
