Resync Physiotherapy is a leading private Physiotherapy and Rehabiliation clinic dedicated to providing exceptional physiotherapy services to our patients in Dublin and surrounding areas. Our clinic prides itself on delivering high-quality care, professionalism, and a commitment to patient satisfaction. We offer a range of services from physiotherapy to rehabiliation to Personal training and pilates classes. We have a strong customer base and service over 900 appointments per month with a staff of six physiotherapists and two Strength and conditioning coaches.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the efficient operation and growth of our clinic. The Practice Manager will work closely with clinical director to oversee daily operations, manage administrative and HR tasks, conduct financial reporting, and ensure the clinic meets its key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as a dedication to excellence in healthcare management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a private practice or clinic setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of clinical and administrative staff.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis, as well as familiarity with accounting principles and software.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and regulations, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive clinic performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft word and Excel along with proficency is learning to us healthcare management software.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in healthcare management and administration.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clinic management in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, staff management, and patient flow, to ensure efficiency and optimal patient care.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling.
  • Conduct financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, expense management, and tracking of clinic financial performance.
  • Monitor and analyze clinic KPIs related to revenue generation, patient satisfaction, appointment numbers, and staff productivity, implementing strategies for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to streamline workflows, enhance processes, and optimize resource utilization to meet clinic targets and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, clinic policies and procedures, and industry standards in healthcare management, data protection, and patient privacy.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinic management, staff, patients, and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and promoting a positive clinic culture.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development, such as expansion of services, marketing initiatives, or community outreach programs, to enhance the clinic’s reputation and profitability.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare management, sharing knowledge and insights with clinic leadership and staff.
