What you will do: * Provides leadership, direction, and coordination for general clinic operations. * Manages staffing to always ensure appropriate coverage. * Responsible for hiring and onboarding new staff in collaboration with Human Resources. * Works collaboratively with clinic division coding and billing specialists and central business office to assure timely and accurate capture of charges for services provided. * Tracks and reports all information, service statistics, billing data and other financial data with the central billing office. * Responsible for maintaining the facility including managing any repairs or remodeling, service contracts on equipment and the inventory of all capital equipment. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent education and experience * 5+ years’ experience working in a physician practice or other health care setting required. * 3-5+ years management experience in healthcare preferred * Experience working with primary care physicians in a large physician group preferred.
