Avvale is looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Practice Manager to lead the SAP side of our growing Data Monetization and Analytics Practice. This role is key to the continued success of our SAP analytics offerings and will help us expand our impact across clients and industries. We’re looking for someone who brings strong people and technical leadership, can grow our team’s capabilities, and effectively showcase the value of SAP’s latest technologies.
Reporting to the Analytics Practice Director, you’ll take ownership of P&L, shape strategic offerings, ensure successful project delivery, and lead a high-performing team of consultants focused on delivering both financial results and meaningful client outcomes.
You will be responsible for:

Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Analytics Consultants, fostering growth and market-aligned skills.
• Operate strategically to exceed practice objectives and contribute to Avvales broader organizational growth.
• Promote a culture of inclusion, integrity, and proactive problem-solving.
• As a technical and strategic leader to team members and clients you will lead by example.

Practice Area Responsibilities

• Drive the SAP analytics practice strategy with a focus on competitive solutions and tools.
• Manage practice P&L, ensuring the right balance of skills, capacity, and financial targets.
• Act as a thought leader by producing content, presenting at events, and driving innovative methodologies.

Customer Focus and Delivery Excellence

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, contributing to pre-sales solutioning, RFPs, and client presentations.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery by coaching teams, resolving challenges, and driving continuous improvement in project methodologies.
• Oversee SOW development and enhance delivery standards, tools, and templates.
