Practice Manager – Mental Health Clinic Location: Desert Ride, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $70-80k annually & bonus incentives Oversee clinic operations, lead teams, and drive performance in a growing behavioral health practice. This role is designed for experienced leaders who take ownership of people, processes, and outcomes — no prior healthcare experience required. About the Role Own the overall performance and daily operations of a mental health clinic Lead, develop, and hold teams accountable to operational and experience standards Ensure patients receive timely, professional, and supportive care Healthcare experience is not required — comprehensive training provided.
