Our Kewdale Clinic – located just minutes from Perth Airport – is one of our flagship sites, and we’re looking for an experienced Practice Manager to help drive its continued success.The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on Practice Manager to lead our Kewdale team on a full-time basis (38 hours per week). In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations while building strong relationships with staff, doctors and patients. You’ll also play an active role in business development, with a focus on expanding our Occupational Health services.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Lead, motivate and support a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and administrators
• Manage accounts, budgets, reporting and technology systems
• Drive business growth and promote clinic services to corporate clients
• Deliver a positive patient experience through excellent communication and service
• Provide HR support including recruitment, training, and staff development

About You
You are an experienced healthcare professional with a proven ability to manage teams and keep a busy clinic running at its best. You thrive on building relationships, enjoy problem-solving, and bring strong organisational and leadership skills.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar management role within healthcare (GP or Occupational Health preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on service excellence
• Sound computer literacy and financial management experience
• Experience with medical software (desirable, training provided if required)
• Current CPR Certificate & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
