We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the success of our clinic.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the clinic, ensuring that patient care is optimized and all administrative functions are managed effectively. You will oversee a team of medical and administrative team members, ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, and implement policies and procedures that align with the clinic’s mission and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in cardiology or a similar medical field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic operations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and office software
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of cardiology procedures and medical terminology is an asset
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including team supervision, scheduling, and patient flow
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as patient registration, billing, and medical record management
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and service delivery
  • Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Monitor and manage clinic budget, including expenses, inventory, and payroll
  • Ensure the clinic meets all health and safety requirements and maintains high standards of cleanliness and patient safety
  • Lead staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain positive relationships with patients, addressing concerns and feedback effectively and timely
  • Coordinate and optimize clinic resources and equipment to maximize efficiency
  • Prepare reports and communicate performance metrics to senior management
  • Promote a positive, collaborative work environment that fosters team development and patient satisfaction
