With 4 chairs and a strong focus on general dentistry, this centre provides quality, accessible care to the local community. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced people leader or a Senior Dental Assistant or Practice Manager ready to step up. You’ll be supported by your Regional Manager and national teams to develop your leadership skills and make your mark in a rewarding, fast-paced environment. You’ll: Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every time Manage rosters, appointment scheduling, patient flow and centre presentation Support dentists to deliver efficient, high-quality general dental care Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Partner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth This role combines hands-on operational management with genuine people leadership — ideal for someone who thrives on variety, teamwork and making things run smoothly.
