ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the seamless operation of our practices. As Practice Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving day-to-day efficiency and enhancing the overall client experience.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage and motivate a dedicated team of veterinary professionals, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and billing processes, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain excellent client relations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement procedures to optimise practice operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and patient flow.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure the practice adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and veterinary standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe environment for staff, clients, and animals.
  • Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and find practical solutions to improve practice performance and client satisfaction.
