Registered Div 1 Practice Nurse Position (Mon, Thur, Fri, some Sat), casual capacity. Key responsibilities include: Chronic Condititions Care Planning, Health Assessments, patient triage, vaccinations, wound care, surgical procedures prep, instrument processing, cold chain management, infection control, stock check, clinical and vaccine stock orders, recalls & reminders. Key selection criteria: Div 1 qualification, Permanent Australian residency status, CPR certificate, Covid Vaccination, english proficiency, excellent communication, interpersonal, computer and time management skills.
