Guardian Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly, dynamic, and forward-thinking team.
We are well-established training practice with a list size of 12,000 patients.
Experience to include:
- Childhood immunisations
- Cervical screening
- Chronic disease management - Asthma, Diabetes, COPD
- Injections / vaccinations
- Pill checks
You will be supported by an experienced multi skilled team of clinical and non-clinical staff. We currently have 4 x GP Partners, 6 x Salaried GPs, 2 x Practice Nurses, 1 x Healthcare Assistant, 1 x GPA, 2 x Managers and a fully staffed administration team who support the smooth running of our practice.
We also have access to a fully staffed PCN hub system with extensive support from alternative roles such as Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, First Contact Physiotherapists, Home Visiting Paramedic, Care Home Teams and Care Coordinators.
Salary dependant on experience
