JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support within our practice. You will be responsible for assisting with various clinical tasks, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care in a welcoming environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified nurse with valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support effective patient care.
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a primary care environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Diploma in asthma and diabetes are preferable
