Practice / Nurse Key Health We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join our team at Key Health in Castle Hill. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care within a supportive general practice environment, working closely with doctors and the wider team to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred care. Key Responsibilities As a Practice Nurse, your duties will include: Providing clinical care in line with professional and safety standards Conducting immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and triage Supporting chronic disease management and preventative health initiatives Assisting doctors with procedures and clinical tasks Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation Ensuring infection control procedures and policies are followed Managing clinical equipment, supplies, and treatment rooms Supporting quality improvement activities and practice accreditation Educating patients on health management, treatments, and preventative care Supporting and guiding other staff as required About You You are a proactive and organised nurse who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care and maintaining high safety standards.
